This IP is the Classic Bluetooth and Bluetooth Low Energy 5 based Radio IP available in SMIC 55nm Eflash/LL process node. The radio supports EDR, BDR, BLE1Mbps and 2Mbps, Long Range and is compliant withBluetooth® Low Energy Core Configuration (Bluetooth Smart) Version 5. The IP core works on a 1.4V supply. The RX and TX currents are optimized to be less than 10mA from 1.4V supply in BTLE 1Mbps mode. The IP includes all the calibrations required for the radio operation in a SOC. The radio analog hard IP including the RF padring occupies less than 0.75sqmm area.
