The NB-IoT RF Transceiver is a low power and low cost RF transceiver design developed for low power wide area (LPWA) Internet of Things (IoT) applications.

The design comprises of high sensitivity RF receiver and programmable output power RF transmitter with integrated frequency synthesizer for 3GPP Release 13 and 14 NB-IoT standard.

The design can support all NB-IoT frequency bands defined in 3GPP Release 13 and 14. Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) is used as interface for control and data. The design is suitable for use in battery powered handheld devices and sensor nodes applications.
