Description

A 32-bit RISC-V embedded functional safety processor. Based on the TGE330, Parity/ECC ,SPM and DCLS (Dual-Core Lockstep) functions are added to compliant with the ASIL-D functional safety standard.

Sight: Provides waveform debugging tools, allows users can easily understand the internal status and events of the CPU.

  • Interrupt: CLIC interrupt controller, supports 496 interrupt requests and non-maskable interrupt (NMI)

    • Memory Port: 64-bit AHB/AXI master interface
    • Peripheral Port: 32-bit AHB master interface
