Description
A low power, high-performance 32-bit RISC-V embedded general-purpose processor. Based on the TGE310, to further improve performance, L1 cache, B extension, F extension, Zicbom cache operation extension and Smepmp security extension are added. TGE315 can be applied to industry, consumer electronics markets, etc.
