T2M Bluetooth BLE v6.0 RF PHY IP in TSMC 22nm

BLE v6.0 RF PHY IP in TSMC 22nm

Description

This BLE 6.0 RF IP, developed in TSMC 22nm, is designed for Bluetooth Low Energy technology, with a strong emphasis on channel sounding capabilities. These features allow for real-time, precise channel measurements, enhancing overall communication quality and enabling superior performance in high-demand applications like AIoT, Bluetooth Audio, wearables, and more.

Supporting BLE 5.4 PHY layer options such as 2 Mbps, Long Range (LR), and Direction-Finding, the transceiver also offers flexible PHY with programmable baseband settings for proprietary modes. Channel sounding significantly improves interference handling and signal integrity, a key focus for next-generation wireless solutions.

With ultra-low power consumption, integrated LDOs, and a fully programmable modem, this IP is optimized for seamless integration into SoCs and is compatible with leading Bluetooth controllers, making it ideal for power-sensitive devices like TWS earbuds, smartwatches, and hearing aids.
