Description
The HDMI–DP Tx Combo Whitebox Controller IP provides a flexible digital display source for products supporting both HDMI 1.4b and DisplayPort 1.2 outputs. The controller handles video and audio packetization, HDMI TMDS encoding, DisplayPort link training, AUX communication, framing, scrambling, and operation through HBR2 over as many as four lanes. Supplied as process-independent Whitebox RTL, it enables full customization and unrestricted reuse across display processors, graphics SoCs, docking devices, automotive systems, and multimedia platforms.
