The UWB RF Transceiver IP is a silicon-proven, IEEE 802.15.4/4z compliant High Rate Pulse (HRP) Ultra-Wideband solution designed for high-accuracy ranging, positioning, and secure wireless communication applications. Implemented in TSMC 22nm ULL technology, the transceiver integrates one transmitter (TX), three receivers (RX), and a dedicated RF PLL for local oscillator generation, AD/DA sampling clocks, baseband operation, and MCU system clocks. Its advanced 1T3R architecture enables precise Phase Difference of Arrival (PDoA) measurements within a single ranging frame, making it ideal for next-generation location-aware and sensing applications.
