This IP Core offers unmatched versatility and performance across a range of process nodes—including advanced process technologies such as 7nm and 12nm—addressing the stringent requirements of next-generation automotive applications alongside mobile and multimedia devices. Delivered as silicon-proven and production-proven, this IP Core delivers market-leading PPA (Performance, Power, and Area) with robust automotive-grade compliance.

The ASIL-qualified MIPI C/D-PHY IP Core can be configured in either D-PHY or C-PHY mode, supporting seamless integration with MIPI DSI Controller IP Cores and CSI-2 Controller IP Cores via a PPI interface. Its flexibility is matched by support for multiple foundry technologies, including cutting-edge 7nm and 12nm nodes, making it ideal for cost-effective, low-power SoC integration in automotive, consumer, and industrial device designs.

Engineered for safety-critical environments, this solution is compliant with MIPI D-PHY specification up to v2.5 and MIPI C-PHY up to v2.0 and holds ISO 26262 ASIL-B certification—a crucial advantage for automotive multimedia networks. It supports MIPI DSI and CSI-2 protocols, data rates up to 6 Gbps per lane (or 6Gsps per trio), and key features such as fast lane turnaround (FTA), alternate low-power (ALP) mode, and ultra-low power standby.   • Configurable support for D-PHY (1 clock lane + up to 4 data lanes) and C-PHY (up to 4 trios)
